The new MiSeq i100 is now available at GDC.

• Profit from improved read quality (especially the reverse read) and faster run time (7h for 2x150bp/15h for 2x300bp/24h for 2x500bp).

• With the new 2x 500bp kit fragments up to about 900bp can be sequenced.

• It has a patterned flow cell, making it ideal for checking your library before the NovaSeqXrun and maybe re-pooling your samples if necessary.

The Genetic Diversity Centre’s opened new laboratory spaces, designed for  contamination free sample preparation.
