Mosquito HV - Liquid Handling Station
Applications
The Mosquito HV liquid handling robot can be used for miniaturizing a wide range of applications that require accurate low volume pipetting without the risk of cross-contamination.
Examples are:
- NGS library prep (e.g. Nextera XT, NEBNext etc.)
- Magnetic bead clean-up
- Pipetting of 96 / 384 PCR and qPCR well plates
- Pipetting for quantification
Details
- Accurate and precise pipetting of low volumes from 500nl to 5μl.
- No cross-contamination.
- High speed (2 to 5min per plate).
- Works with 96, 384 and 1536 well plates.
- Wizard for default methods or easy customized programming.

Reservation
The Mosquito can be reserved via the electronic reservations system. Login with the eth login and password. Use the project number and name when entering reservations and only reserve the exact timeslots needed.
