Other High-Throughput Sequencing

Although the GDC does currently not provide an Illumina NexSeq, Illumina NovaSeq, or ‎PacBio RS sequencer, we are happy to help you with planning, library preparation, and data analysis. The sequencing can be done in collaboration with the external page Functional Genomics Center Zurich (FGCZ) or the Quantitative Genomics Facility (QGF).
